New-In Apparel: 2-5 working days

Pre-order: 10-15 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

Lead times may extend during high-volume periods.

Delivery Method: Orders are delivered via Courier Guy. Tracking details are issued upon dispatch. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Delays

MOD. is not liable for delays caused by: Courier Disruptions, Public Holidays, Strikes, Force majeure events. In such cases, timelines are automatically extended.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged: Notify within 48 hours, provide photographic evidence of packaging and item.
